Target Population:
Girls and young women in St. Louis, MO and other underserved communities within the Metropolitan area.

What we do:
We inspire and empower girls to reach their full potential in confidence. This Girl Leads® reaches girls through cutting edge conferences, classes, seminars, and workshops to girls in the fields of financial literacy, technology literacy, media literacy, art and innovation, entrepreneurship, and life-skills thereby raising confidence of the girls to be self-sufficient leaders in underserved and disenfranchised communities.
Programs:

- Participation in teen empowerment programs, Teen Summits, STEM conferences, workshops and leadership training promoting entrepreneurship, career and workforce readiness.
- Healthy discussions of current issues such as peer pressure and bullying
- Collaboration with other nonprofit organizations.

Events:
This Girl Leads®, Inc. holds many events throughout the year. Our events include; Girl Speak Summits, TGL Team Building Workshops, Life, Literacy, Lead Workshops, Annual This Girl Leads® “Ah-Tea” Party, Biennial Girls to Women in Excellence Ceremony, and This Girl Leads® Retreat and Shop Day. We invite all girls to join in on our events. Please note that if the events are for a specific age group, we will specify the appropriate age group for attendance.
